Donna, 49, admits that while she and her three sisters have a different dad, there has been another difference gnawing at her. "I've always felt like I was sort of the ugly duckling," she says, a feeling that she's had for as long as she can remember. And though her sisters say that they've always looked up to her and are shocked by her admission, Donna still wishes she could have a less frumpy look. "To feel as beautiful as my sisters would make me feel like I'm more part of the family," she says, a wish that Rachael's buddy Gretta wants to make a reality.

Gretta assures Donna that "seeing is believing," and goes off to work on updating Donna's look from head-to-toe -- hair, makeup and clothes.
