"Why do I have to eat food that doesn't look nice?" says Brooklyn resident Erik Trinidad, who was inspired by the contestants on Iron Chef to rework fast food into masterpieces. "I've taken Dunkin' Donuts' Boston Creme donuts and made creme brulée, I've made faux fois gras out of hot dogs from Nathan's ... the list goes on and on!" Rachael asks Erik if he ever serves the food at parties. "I don't have any friends who are daring enough to have any of this!" he jokes. Rachael is willing to give it a try and he offers to join her in the kitchen to turn Popeye's chicken into a sushi dish!
