Rocco DiSpirito traded his kitchen tools for some dancing shoes as a competitor on this season's Dancing with the Stars. "The whole thing was an incredible gift. There's no experience like this. It's like Romper Room for adults and you get to wear pink ruffles," Rocco tells Rachael, who is a huge fan of the series and asks what it's like to perform routines on national television. "You're terrified the whole time of course. You're hoping you don't split your pants ... and that you don't drop your partner."

The celebrity chef is much smoother in the kitchen, and says that's the best place to romance a love interest. "They love it!" he says. "I think lobster's a very sexy date dish. You break it apart with your hands, and if you're a real gentleman you break it apart for the girl and dip it in the butter for them. And then the second best dish to make is risotto because if a guy can pay attention to one thing for 40 minutes for a girl, she will be in love at the end." Rachael asks what he likes to cook for Thanksgiving and Rocco says he's learned it's best to stick with turkey and stuffing. "I once tried to make a very nouvelle cuisine Thanksgiving when I was just learning how to cook," says Rocco, "the disappointment on my sister's face, I'll never forget it ... don't mess with it. It's perfect the way it is."

He's also got a new cookbook out and heads backstage to give us the details about Rocco Gets Real, which is based on his AMC TV show.
