Renée Zellweger has worked with some of Hollywood's sexiest men in hit films like Jerry McGuire, Chicago and Bridget Jones's Diary, but she tells Rachael that filming the romantic comedy New In Town was about the most fun she's had in 20 years, thanks to her co-star Harry Connick, Jr. "He's got a great sense of humor," the Oscar winner notes. "Harry Connick is one of a kind. I've never met anybody like him, really."

Harry joins the ladies and relates that it was so cold when they were shooting the movie in Canada that he actually had beardsicles -- not very flattering when you're trying to impress your sexy co-star. "This is Renée Zellweger right? I'm a huge fan," he explains. "You want to get out there and try to look your best and stuff. And when you're talking to this woman with these stalactites hanging from your nose ... I mean I'm a happily married guy, but you still want to look your best. You want to represent. It's impossible ... I don't care who you are, you're not going to look sexy in eight layers of clothes."
