Marg Helgenberger has been outwitting criminals and solving murders on the hit series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation for the past nine years, and it turns out that her crime-solving skills also come in handy as a parent. "He's constantly getting busted!" says Marg, about her 18-year-old son Hughie. "He could never get away with anything."

Rachael asks if he is ever self-conscious about having such a famous and beautiful mother, and Marg admits it can get tricky. "About five years ago or so, I got an offer to be on the cover of Playboy magazine," she says. "When he found out about it ... he said, 'No! Please, no! Don't go there!'"

How does the 50-year-old actress stay in such great shape? "I watch what I eat, but not fanatically," says Marg. "I think I can tell my metabolism is slowing down though, so I have to really be a little bit more careful with laying off sugar and I guess some of the carbs, but I love carbs!"

Rachael agrees: "Don't you find that people who don't eat enough carbs may be skinny but they're always cranky? ... I dig Marg -- she eats carbs!"
