She's sold more than 48 million records, made headlines every time she has walked the red carpet, and starred on the big screen alongside other huge stars like George Clooney, but Jennifer Lopez impresses Rachael the most by completing a triathlon after giving birth. "It's crazy, but I just got it into my head that I needed to do a triathlon," Jennifer says, explaining she came up with the idea while she was 8 months pregnant with her twins. "I'm just lying there - literally what are you doing? Nothing. Eating, watching TV, complaining ... and I just saw this kid doing a triathlon on TV and I thought, 'I could do that!'"

When she had the babies, Jennifer turned to her husband Marc Anthony for help. "He's a really great dad," she gushes. "He taught me how to do the diapers and how to handle them. I was a mess and emotional on top of it, and he was really great in those days." Now the couple has fun trying to outdo one another by seeing who looks more like their son and daughter. "I'm like, 'Thank God he got my nose!" Jennifer jokes. "They have lighter hair and he's like, 'That was me when I was a baby!'" Rachael comments on how competitive this pair of musical superstars is, even with their kids, and Jennifer notes, "That's the nature of who we are! We can't help it."

Jennifer is also fascinated by her babies' personalities, she describes Max as the typical boy who is always running into things and "eating the world," while her daughter Emme is generally quieter. "She has her moments too," Jennifer says, explaining they already have a nickname for her. "We call her 'Emme-tude.' It's like, she's giving us 'emme-tude' right now ... When she catches an attitude? Woah! She gets that from her dad ... I'm kidding. She gets it from me!"

Jennifer is about to shoot her first movie since becoming a mom, and is also keeping busy as a spokesperson for the March of Dimes' campaign to prevent whooping cough, which can be fatal for babies.
