Work Suit: "Kids would buy this separately," says Gretta, of the suit she assembled using pants from Macy's and a JCPenney shirt and blazer with shoes and earrings from Target.

Weekend Clothes: "For casual, kids is a great department," Gretta says. This outfit includes an H&M kids' dress with a jacket from Marshalls, an Old Navy bracelet, and a scarf, earrings and shoes from Target. "Take advantage of accessories that look like the designer brands for a whole lot less."

Date Night: This outfit proves you can find sophisticated evening outfits in the juniors' department, like this top from Alloy, paired with Kmart shoes, Target earrings, bracelets from Forever 21 and jeans from Macy's. "I have to alter every adult jacket I get."
