He's a comedian, the star of Rescue Me, and the author of Why We Suck, but now Denis Leary can add another title to his resumé -- "doctor." He laughs when he explains to Rachael how he earned the honorary degree. "I went to Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts," Denis says. "I studied acting and I loved it ... and then I taught there after I graduated, but nobody ever even slightly mentioned the idea of me becoming a doctor. It wasn't until I became a famous guy, because if you're a famous guy or woman, they just give it to ya!"

In his book Why We Suck, Denis doesn't hold back when he sounds off on topics ranging from growing up and religion to annoying children and celebrities. But as he sheepishly admits to Rachael, he found himself writing an entire chapter about something he never imagined he'd like -- Oprah Winfrey's show. "I was surprised -- I didn't expect to like Oprah as much as I liked Oprah," he admits. "I got sucked in!"

Rachael gets to hear more of Denis' opinions in a round of "Going Too Far?" As a pet lover who has a chihuahua, a labradoodle and a mutt, what does Denis think about some dog owners spending thousands of dollars on canine orthodontia? "I think getting a dog braces is ridiculous," he states, "unless you're going to go full-bore -- the braces first, and then the whitening of the teeth. You know, it's easy for us two-legged people to say -- we don't know what it's like to try to attract a member of the opposite sex in the four-legged world! What if the teeth are an important thing? We don't know!"
