CNN’s most trusted doc, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, juggles life as a globetrotting journalist, neurosurgeon and dad, and says he found new energy for all of that multitasking by challenging himself to learn to swim so he could complete his first triathlon. "You get in shape, you feel great, you get much more done in the day," he tells Rachael. The famed doctor is also revealing his dietary habits, packing nutrients into his meals by always mixing foods of seven different colors. He dictates his portion sizes with a simple credo: "Eat breakfast like a king, you eat lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper or peasant, so flip the model," Dr. Gupta suggests. "Make breakfast one of your biggest meals, if not your biggest meal of the day."
