Former teacher Bill O'Reilly wants to get everyone excited about history with his new book, Killing Lincoln. "You have to make it come alive and I tried to do that in the classroom and that's what I tried to do in this book. I want you to know who Abraham Lincoln is ... what he had for breakfast, how he groomed himself!" he explains. "This is the best president ever, Abraham Lincoln, no doubt in my mind, and that's what we should have now."
